  Had the opportunity to not only do the dungeons, blackout: the ritual three times, but also speak to the show captain and creative director. It was a very unique and interesting experience, i learned the only reasoning for the 18+ age rating is the availbility of alcohol, which matches with the intensity of the experience. Don't let the age rating scare you off, it's not much scarier than the dungeons or your standard merlin scare attraction, however the transformation of the sets,storyline,acting and cohesiveness is to be applauded. It's an attraction that if you have the option to do, go do it. The only nitpicks i have is the lack of intensity, and the lack of importance placed on an action peformed at the beginning, which i expected to bring more to the attraction. Less of a nitpick but i feel if you were chosen for certain scenes, you miss out on a lot of the theatrical scene at play, due to the removal of one of your senses. If i did it once, and had the experience i had the second time (picked for all three of the major scenes as the "victim") i'd be disappointed in the fact that during two of these scenes, i would of missed out. Overall though, great experience! Really enjoyable

  Super experience. L'immersion est totale, que ce soit dans l'ambiance, les histoires, les décors, ou l'odeur... Les acteurs sont vraiment top. Bravo à eux, pour le professionnalisme de Mr. Todd, les talents culinaires de Mrs. Lovett, ou le juge toujours juste malgré son intransigeance. Un docteur très compétent s'est même occupé de moi, après que j'ai contracté une petite peste... Les acteurs s'expriment en anglais uniquement. Il n'est pas indispensable, selon moi, d'être parfaitement bilingue pour apprécier l'expérience, mais il faut au moins des connaissances de base. Je recommande cette visite qui était a la fois amusante, et instructive. Le seul point négatif, le personnel a l'entrée est vraiment très désagréable. Heureusement que les acteurs rattrapent tout ensuite, parce que ça avait vraiment mal commencé. Si je n'avais pas acheté mon billet a l'avance, j'aurais peut être fait demi tour.

  Excelente!!!! Los actores son excepecionales, las escenografía está perfecta, las instalaciones están super bien cuidadas🥳 Eso sí, prepárate porque te vas a asustar mucho jajaja, es una casa de terror donde te explican de manera muy completa la historia de Londres🇬🇧💂 Dan muchos datos interesantes y te vuelven participe de cada historia, por ejemplo, a mí me encerraron en una jaula porque dijeron que era una bruja reencarnada JAJA todos tenían que señalarme y gritarme bruja pero estuvo muy divertido. Adjunto fotos de afuera ya quedó no se permite tomar fotos al interior Saludos desde México🥳🇲🇽♥️

  Is was way better then I first expected. The actors were interfering with the ticket players (without touching them) making them feel included. Its a very fun and interesting way to learn about the history of London while being scared and looking around. Its incredibly advanced in many forms and it was a all and all great experience. Definitely recommend.

  Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Bis es los ging, mussten wir allerdings ca. 30 Minuten in einer Schlange im Dungeon warten. Dann war es jedoch sehr unterhaltsam und die verschiedenen Schauspieler brachten die Geschichte von London sehr gut rüber. Wir hatten damit gerechnet, das hinter jeder Ecke ein Erschrecken lauert, der hervorschießen und die Leute dann erschrecken würde. Das war glücklicherweise nicht der Fall. Zu keiner Zeit wurde man von dem Personal berührt. Meine Jungs (12 und 15) waren sehr begeistert.
